CODE OF CONDUCT

ClearCompany is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for all attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers regardless of gender, gender identity, and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, ethnicity, or religion (or lack thereof).

Please be respectful in online interactions with other peers, speakers, organizers, and staff. Harassment in any form from any event participant will not be tolerated.

Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, technology choices, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, and unwelcome sexual attention.

Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the conference organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the conference.

If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the ClearCompany event staff immediately by sending an email to success@clearcompany.com.

HOW CAN I ASK QUESTIONS DURING A SESSION?

To ask your questions, please ask them in the chatbox next to the session video. Once the question is reviewed and answered by the session moderators, it will be shown to all attendees. We encourage you to post comments and engage with your peers in the chatbox.




IF I HAVE TROUBLE JOINING A SESSION, WHO SHOULD I CONTACT?

First, we suggest disabling any ad blocker extensions like uBlock Origin, trying another browser (we recommend Chrome), or trying an incognito window. If you’re still having trouble, you can email ClearCompany’s event team at success@clearcompany.com.




WILL THE SESSIONS BE RECORDED?

Yes, the sessions will be recorded. All registrants will have access to the recordings following the event. You will be notified via email when the recordings are available.

 


 

WHAT ABOUT SHRM AND HRCI CREDITs?

This event qualifies for SHRM and HRCI credits. You will receive the credit codes to your email after the conference has wrapped.
